Open Chamber of Commerce (OCOC) is a free MySQL/PHP web portal application specifically structured to give small organizations a dynamic web presence. Like general purpose applications such as Mambo and phpWebSite, it includes its own all-original browser-based content management system (CMS) and administration tools.

In OCOCv.2.1:
- On-page Editing! Log in and click a "New" button, and you get a form on the page you are viewing. Enter your new content, save and see the result immediately.
- Click an "Edit" button and get a form right on the page. Make your changes and see the result immediately.
- Improved session control, including automatic logout after a specified time.
- Retains all the familiarity and power of the page configuration, menu editing and other tools of the original backend CMS.
